Weekly Onigiri Trio Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

These terms apply to the Pocket Rice weekly Onigiri Trio Draw. By entering, you agree to these terms and to receiving Pocket Rice email updates about market locations, pop-ups, menus and winner notices.

2. Promoter

The promoter is Pocket Rice (ABN 75 260 536 872). For questions, email info@pocketrice.com.au.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to people in Australia who can redeem the prize at a Pocket Rice market, pop-up or agreed collection point. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Pocket Rice are not eligible to win.

4. How to enter

To enter, submit a valid email address through the weekly Onigiri Trio Draw signup form and accept these terms. One entry is permitted per person and email address for each weekly draw period.

Automated, duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be removed at our discretion.

5. Prize

The prize is one Pocket Rice Onigiri trio valued at AUD$21. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Exact flavours are subject to the menu and ingredient availability on the redemption day.

6. Weekly draw and winner notice

Winners are drawn each week from eligible entries received for that weekly draw period. If no eligible entries are received for a weekly draw period, no prize will be awarded for that period.

Winners will be contacted by email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or cannot redeem the prize within a reasonable time, Pocket Rice may redraw the prize.

7. Marketing and privacy

By entering, you consent to receiving Pocket Rice email updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in future emails. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and cancellation

Pocket Rice may amend, suspend or cancel the draw if needed due to operational, technical, compliance or other reasons outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
