Where we ship

We ship across Australia only. International orders are not currently accepted.

Cost

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 AUD. Orders over $150 AUD ship free.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. If there is any delay beyond this, we will contact you.

Delivery time

Delivery is carried out by Australia Post (Parcel Post). Typical delivery windows:

• Metropolitan areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA): 2–6 business days
• WA, TAS, NT: 4–10 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods or in regional areas.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the Australia Post website.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days — see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected from the post office), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping costs are payable by the customer.
