Returns and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pocketrice.com.au with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange, at our cost, one of:

  • Replacement (subject to availability)
  • Refund
  • Repair where appropriate

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@pocketrice.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We will confirm whether a return is required, and if so, provide the return address and postage instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
